What We Do

At Soma Movement, we offer a body-wise, science-informed approach to movement. Our classes draw from Somatic Education, Neuro Pilates, Buff Bones®, Embodied Yoga & Anatomy—integrating body awareness, nervous system education, and principles of movement science.
